CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
With the Aim of Providing Our Valued Customer with utmost Satisfaction the following CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY is set for :
- Product order cancellation before the product is delivered to a user
- Product returns, once a product has been delivered to a user after purchase from the platforms.
Any return or cancellation of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set under this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Users are required to read and understand the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
The terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.
ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE DESPATCH
A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its confirmation for Despatch from BuyLoQ.
Upon successfully placing an order on the Platforms and after BuyLoQ has successfully handed Processed the Order , the User will receive a Confirmation Message from BuyLoQ or its Associates , which will enable the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Product(s).
Cancellation of an order can be either by BuyLoQ or by You.
Though BuyLoQ strive hard to successful completion of the Order and Deliver the Product(s), It may have the discretion to cancel an order for Reasons stated Below or due to Reasons that may be communicated to the Customer at the time of Cancellation.
Failure to comply with any of these Terms.
Product is found defective or unavailable with the seller.
Technical errors or issues related to Order Processing or the Website as a whole.
Invalid address is given in order details.
Malpractice is used to place the order.
Bulk order is placed for commercial resale.
Multiple orders are placed for the same product at the same address.
Order is undelivered after several attempts.
Failure to collect the order from the partner store within the stipulated time.

BuyLoQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. On such cancellation, You will be sent a notification.
You can cancel an order or part of an order where multiple products have been ordered.
If a User has purchased Products which form a part of a package of other Products, or if the Product forms a part of a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), the User shall be required to cancel all the Products that form a part of the Bundled Package for BuyLoQ to process refunds.
BuyLoQ reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. You agree not to hold BuyLoQ liable for any rejection of order cancellations.
In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, BuyLoQ shall initiate refund procedure as soon as such request is received however it may take upto 7 (seven) business days from the date on which it received the request from the User to complete the procedure of Refund.
You will receive a refund for Your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund Policy.
The payment made any will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Cancellation after dispatch: –
Once The Order is Dispatched (Indicated by the Product Status) The Order Cancellation cannot be done. However, You may initiate Return Procedure to Return the Product.
Terms of Return and Refund
Almost all your favourite products are made avialble to you by BuyLoQ from Local Stores near to you.
The Return of Goods purchased depend on the Mod eof Delivery Opted by you during order placement.
If you purchased the Product in LOCAL PICKUP mode, ie if you placed an order and collected it from your Local Store directly, you have to approach the Store Directly for Refund or Replacement.
The time Period for Refund/Replacement is within 2 working days from the delivery/pickup of the item.
You must ensure that the product to be replaced shall be its original condition, tags, and packaging.
You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
During Return Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return.
Refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our/partner’s premises and has passed a quality check.
Returns are not possible in cases where the brand/seller has mandated a no return policy which may be communicated to you at the time of original purchase Also, we cannot accept returns after the return timeline has lapsed.
The Following Categories of Products Will Not be taken back if not found with manufacturing Defect.
• All Inner Wears (Innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies and swimsuits, for hygiene reasons)
• Perfumes, personal and beauty care products, as mandated by the seller
• Products that have been tampered with or are missing components
• Personalized /engraved items
• Product sold in sets or combinations cannot be returned individually.
• Any other product depending upon the Return Policy in force
You expressly acknowledge that the seller is solely responsible for the damaged or defective product or a product that does not meet the specifications of Your original order or delayed delivery of the order or delivery of the package with one or more products or accessories missing.
In the event of dispute, BuyLoQ will coordinate with You and the seller to reach an amicable solution.
BuyLoQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return request.
In case of damage claims, BuyLoQ may ask for pictures of the damaged product before it is approved or allowed for return.
For return shipping managed by BuyLoQ, you will need to hand over the product to the assigned Delivery service provider at the time of pick-up. In the event the Delivery service provider makes attempt to pick-up the product and You are unavailable or not ready to handover the product, BuyLoQ or the Delivery service provider will not be held responsible for the delay in pick-up or processing of the quality check by the seller and hence the refund.
Return will only be processed if:
• The product was not damaged while in your possession;
• the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
• the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning.
BuyLoQ shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
Products marked as “Non-returnable/Non-Refundable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
BuyLoQ shall initiate a process of refund of the monies paid by the User towards return of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the User to a refund. BuyLoQ shall initiate refunds within 7( Seven) business days.
It is hereby clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery
Refunds are provided for cancellation/return of products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ return as per Return Policy or these terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the Return or Cancellation Policy.
Refund is made for the full amount of the order or part order successfully canceled that was paid by You for the delivery of the order.
